Confirmed from Upland Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with picnic areas and a kid-friendly hike, plus opportunities for bird watching.

“Nice choice to get an easy walk in before our next pick up was ready.”
Today was amazing weather, so I decided to check out upland trails. I haven’t actually done a trail by myself, but this trail was so amazing that I actually want to come back again. It was so breathtaking to see the water and all the plants that were around me, truly amazing.
Easy beginner trails, park at the shopping center and enter at sunset ridge entrance off of Campus drive.
Nice choice to get an easy walk in before our next pick up was ready. Boo, no palm trees in Lansing, MI. We found parking behind the strip mall just East of the trailhead. PS, I'm really sorry about accidentally leaving a water bottle at the Chaffee Overlook. Please dispose it for me.
Love the trails here and appreciate that they are very convenient. It's a good mix between hiking and walking.
