Confirmed from Vermilion River Reservation: Bacon Woods' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“This is a beautiful park built on the Vermillion River.”
I like this park. Come from Cleveland to walk and have a change of scenery
Mill Hollow & Bacon Woods offers everything! Hiking trails, river access, 2 playgrounds, a frisbee golf course, and plenty of picnic areas at both parks!
Great time here early on a Saturday morning. Trail with decent incline done with dog and saw a cool snake at the very top!
Nice trail in woods. Dog friendly. Came during summer month so the water wasn't flowing to well and avoided meadow. Have a huge eagles nest and information about it. 3 miles altogether!

The practical stuff

- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
