I love this place! anytime that I'm having anxiety or when my wife is feeling anxious we love to go to this place because it always calms us down. it's very quiet very peaceful beautiful overlook of the lake especially on days like today when the lake is frozen and you can just see nothing but Ice for miles.
Very scenic views of Lake Erie.It has a decent size beach. The park has ball fields, basketball courts and walking paths.
There are other beaches that are definitely more scenic than this one. The view might not be spectacular, but the sound of the waves and smell of the water was pleasant. I can't speak for it year round, but this park didn't smell gross like other parts of the lake can.
Great little gem in V.o.l. !!!! void the crowds at this quaint little beach. Great swimming off the break wall. This is an old picture pictured here. The path to the break wall has been redone. You no longer have to jump the gap to get to beach.
