What runners say about Vermilion River Trail Head
This trail is only about a quarter mile long and takes you down to the Vermilion River. I like it because the path is natural, unimproved trail. I would say this is a true nature trail. There is also another trail that is only slightly longer, it follows the river and stays high in the air at the top of the cliff.
Great place to explore and fish and be outside. Nice little hill to go up and down to challenge body and get the blood pumping. Do it! Your body and soul will thank you for it!
Two beautiful trails, one on a ridge and a short one down towards the river. Nice and quiet. Enjoy.
We were looking for a little bit different type of hike and we found it. Great parking and nice little trails somewhat defined by ware patterns.
