Confirmed from Veteran's Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sports courts and a playground are featured at this clean park with a picnic area.
What runners say about Veteran's Park
“Bet nice parking area where you can walk, paly tennis and kids can play they also have clean bathroom and the park is easy to access”
“Really nice quiet park I've been going to since I was little, now I take my son.”
Playground, benches, padding for littles instead of mulch! Paved walking path, tennis courts. Quiet, and police was parked close by which made me feel safer.
Fun city park with good equipment and working swings. Very clean and felt safe. Has a walking trail, tennis court, playground and 3 shelters for events of eating. The shelters had no tables or chairs so bring your own if you wanna use them. I would go back again.
It’s a small neighborhood park with a walking track a tennis court and a newly built playground. It’s a safe park that’s rarely ever crowded. Unless there is a community event. I took away one star because there is absolutely no shade on the area.
