Confirmed from Victor Lord Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Victor Lord Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (391 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“My experience only goes as far as the baseball fields, which are well maintained.”

This fabulous park is busy with all sorts of sporting activity options. It was off-season when I was here so I was able to enjoy a peaceful walk but during the spring and summer, this must be the bee hive of soccer and baseball and such.

This site is awesome! The fields were all very well maintained. Our boys, the Cin-City Gators were able to do their thing. We played 3 games and won all three. The Security and the Police were very pleasant. The people who were running things were as well. Great experience.

Definitely seen some improvement over the years with the addition of the football/additional soccer fields. Parking can be a little iffy when it’s a busy baseball day. Facilities are nothing exceptional, run-of-the-mill stuff. Would be nice if they actually used the scoreboards for the baseball fields.

Nice park for softball. Great concession stand with Warrens Concession. Really need to work on parking. Had to park a ways away from where my grand daughter was playing and it was up a hill walk. Too much for us older folks

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

“We had a great time, but get there early if you want to find a parking spot.”

“I had to deduct a star because there was not a single drinking fountain, which seems like a major oversight for a public park.”
