Confirmed from Waterfront Promenade Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Nice day trip. This park area has a boardwalk by the water. There's plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the views. There are art sculptures and green areas. Within walking distance there are plenty of small shops and eateries. You can buy souvenirs and saltwater taffy. A fun place by the water.

A great place to visit and go for a walk. Great views of the harbor! If you want to sit on the lawn and relax, you can. During the Spring 🌼, Summer 🌞 and Fall 🍂, you can hear 🙉 music 🎶. Town parking 🅿️ lots nearby. You can access it by the walking trails. Update: September-October 2025; My daughter liked the park.

This is a frequent spot for our family. It’s great for walks or snagging a seat to people watch or read a book (there’s a free little library nearby!)

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
