Confirmed from Westwood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean park with a lake and trails, plus baseball fields.
What runners say about Westwood Park
“The park grounds are well maintained in the summer, and winter.”
“Scenic large pond and plenty of space to enjoy nature or some recreational activities.”
Nice place to go.Gets a little crowded sometimes. There's a few trails to walk on and if your quiet enough you may see a deer or turkey. You can't miss the playgrounds or the picnic areas. There is a large (not huge) pond that does have fish that are sometimes really hard to get your offering to anytime after winter.
Great park! A lot of open space. Public restrooms are available. There are trails and paths everywhere so it's easy walking. There are a lot of little league baseball diamonds so expect the park to be busy on weekday evenings in the summer but there is still plenty of room for all!
A great park! Always clean and has two different play areas setup. One for the younger kids and the other for the little bit older ones, too. You can even fish in the pond or just take a walk around their trails. Plenty of shelters and a concession stand and clean restrooms to use when needed.
Nice park for my son to play baseball. The indoor facility is awesome. I also like to walk my dog at Westwood Park. The bass in the lake are getting bigger each year I fish there. The park grounds are well maintained in the summer, and winter.
