This was a cute little find in the middle of Auburn! If you're driving down W. Main Street, there's an easy to miss little sign telling you where you can park your car to visit the Boardwalk. If people park like they're supposed to, there's six parking stalls and one handicap stall.
A pretty and short walk that even the most beginner of hikers can take. A nice board walk and wheelchair accessible trail that's a little more than a quarter mile with a small amount of parking on each end.
This is a great trail to take a stroller or wheelchair on. The overlook has a ramp to a slightly lifted area. The permeable pavement requires maintenance, but I love that they chose a material type that increases infiltration of water into the wetlands.
A great little walk just to give a few moments to take in what's all around us in the PNW. Low stress walk but watch the steps of little ones on the edges at certain points, however.
