Confirmed from Wetmore Trailhead, Robinson Field's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Wetmore Trailhead, Robinson Field

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (130 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 8 mentions

“Not as picturesque or as active as the other trails here, but still worth the hike.”

Most of the bridges are missing. It's a beautiful trail with lots of cool little spots. If you're not a horse, and also cool with wet feet, this trail is challenging but beautiful. I mean, horses get wet feet on this trail, too, but I think their shoes dry out faster.

Super beautiful! Pretty good amount of ups and downs making it a pretty easy hike! Went in the evening on a rainy night and definitely need to be careful if it's been rainy as the trail gets slippery. It was supposed to be a 4 mile hike but just FYI I tracked it from the trailhead and it was actually 6 miles.

★★★★★ — Rebekah , Jul 2023

Really great hike with well-maintained paths and lots diversity in terrain. I recommend the 4 mile loop.

★★★★☆ — Kevin , Aug 2020

Beautiful views and waterways. Not many people once 15 minutes on the trail.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
