Confirmed from Wilderness Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering wooded trails for hiking and mountain biking, plus an orienteering course.

Whether you’re going for an easy hike, trail running, mountain biking, or getting horses on the trail, this place is one of the best, easy hikes in the area. The new parking lot and restrooms make is far more accessible for families too.
I really love this area as a place to go mountain biking! Super awesome ride! This first climb headed north has a lot of gravel and big rocks, but you can find really fun trails if you are willing to explore the side trails a bit, and the climb is also really nice when you are tired and headed back to your car...
This was a fun spot. A few uphill areas but we didn’t go very far. Maybe 2 miles from the parking lot. As you can see it was still icy and it wasnt walking shoes conditions. I can imagine the spring and summer is a great time for this hike.
Nice trails. A little unsettling running along the fence line of the shooting range. Overall a nice place. I have now written there in the snow and in the summer, and it was both fun and exciting each time.
Trail conditions & character
“It's around a 5-10 minute walk from the parking lot, and fairly secluded, but still surrounded with mountain biking and hiking trails.”
“There is a public restroom and water station to fill water bottles or water packs at the parking lot.”
“Also a bunch of dogs, some off leash, so you have to throttle your speed a bit more than I’d like—it’s not a bike park, just keep that in mind.”
“There is a public restroom and water station to fill water bottles or water packs at the parking lot.”
“The course was easy to find markers this time of year (no snow), which made it a great, free activity, for the kids.”
