Confirmed from Wolters Woods Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Wolters Woods is another of Laketown’s many excellent parks. The trails aren’t that long, and it is beautiful year around. The playground at the beginning is great for kids, and there’s plenty of scenery along the trails.

Wolters Woods Park in Holland was a delightful discovery. The park offers a peaceful and scenic setting, with well-maintained trails that are perfect for a leisurely walk or run. The playground area is also a nice touch, providing a fun and engaging space for children.

Fun park! Take the kids and wear them out. It's got a little playground that the kids love. The trail is fun as well. There is a little Creek that runs along the West side of the park / trails. My kids always seem to find their way down to it.

★★★★★ — Joel , Jun 2017

Its a very large park with multiple trails to go down. I went hammocking here and it was great! The mosquitos aren't annoying, but slugs are. You can hear just faint bit of traffic and not many parking spots if you wanted to be here during the day. I'd recommend bringing your dog with you here for a nice fun adventure!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🐕 Dog-friendly 8 mentions

“The trail loop is short, level, and very accessible — great for seniors, young kids, casual walkers, and dogs.”
