This trail is a hidden treasure! Just under a mile, at 0.9 miles, Kuker-van Til Nature Preserve is a superb trail loop. The entrance to the trail is well-hidden! And unless you are looking for it, you would never know it existed at all.
Very very hard to find. But well worth the look! I'm disabled and walk with a cane, but the trails were well Warren and well-marked. I went with a friend and even with my disability was able to walk the trail in a little over an hour.
This park is amazing! It's well-maintained and secluded, so it's very quiet and clean. It feels like you're out in the middle of the forest! Good for walking, running, or hiking. 4 stars because it is very difficult to find, and there's no parking, but I think that this increases the appeal😁
No designated parking (that I can see in the snow), but space enough to pull off the side of the road. LOVELY little woods. Plenty of critter tracks for the curious. Well marked trail. No map, but a single loop is easy to find.
