Confirmed from Wuesthoff Park & Homer Powell Nature Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Modest park, featuring exercise equipment, boardwalks and hiking trails through verdant woods, as well as picnic tables.

A beautiful little laid-back park-like environment, it's a safe trail in between neighborhoods that supplies workout stations as well as public restrooms. You can take your dogs for a walk or even a picnic on a pleasant day.

A small park, but a nice short boardwalk and a few nice but short trails through the woods. You can easily connect from the much longer Wuestoff Multi-use trail on the east side of Barna for a very enjoyable walk or bike ride. There's also newly installed exercise equipment.

★★★★★ — Scott , Jun 2023

Wuesthoff Park is lovely, and quiet. There's a board walk through the swampy area, then a path, and a nature trail. The Titusville Multi Use Trail (now called the Wuesthoff Trail) starts at the western end of this park, and runs east for nearly 2 miles, to Imperial Estates Elementary School.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

  • ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
