Confirmed from William J. Manzo Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic 2.48-acre riverfront park featuring a playground, picnic shelters and a dock.
What runners say about William J. Manzo Memorial Park
“Good place for kids: playground, amenities, great view of Cape Canaveral launches.”
“The many trees give plenty of shade, with multiple picnic areas and sitting areas, as well as play areas for the kids.”
I like this park particularly because it's right by the water. You can walk on the little boardwalk by the shore, and it's nice to just sit on one of the benches near it. There are a bunch of picnic tables under little pavilions, so you can eat food or have a little party. There's a pretty big playground too.
Trail conditions & character
“This park also is right on the river and has a large dock that you can see launches from with an unobstructed view.”

“The bathrooms could use a little work, and they definitely need more parking, but they make up for it with dolphins, squirrels, and pelicans.”
“You can walk on the little boardwalk by the shore, and it's nice to just sit on one of the benches near it.”
