Confirmed from Wuthering Heights Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful, forested area providing a trail for walking & jogging, benches & open picnic space.
What runners say about Wuthering Heights Park
“It's shaded, the walking path is not in one straight direction and it's always clean.”
“Squirrels are common, and there are beautiful birds around if you look hard enough.”
“It is not the sort of park with a playground or anything fun to do, really, but it has walking paths winding through grass and shady trees.”
“Quiet place to walk and enjoy the squirrels and birds.”
This is my go to place when I need to just take a walk with my dog, clear my head and enjoy some nature. Animals are leashed, park is kept very clean and rules enforced.
This park is beautiful. Lots of shade trees, cement walking path, park benches and a couple picnic tables. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy to walk through the trees without underbrush, as it's maintained very well. No playground equipment, no restroom, just a lovely place to walk or rest and relax and enjoy nature.
This park is a blissful little place tucked away in the overly cemented and metal-roofed-buildings of Beaumont TX. It is not the sort of park with a playground or anything fun to do, really, but it has walking paths winding through grass and shady trees.
Don't walk there if you're the only one in the park. I love this walking park, but last time I went I was the only one and thought"wow, I have the whole place to myself." In the back of the park a guy came out from behind a tree and motioned me.

- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
