Confirmed from Aman Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

I go for the nature and the trails! Space free parking (no lines) there are massive trials great for hiking, or even cross country skiing. (I've not actually done any ccs here but it'd be nice). Good amount of parking. I've never been inside the buildings here, just come to enjoy the river and the trees, birds etc.

Nice easy hiking trails. The trails were marked very well so you won't get lost. The trails were well maintained. They have short trails or long ones. First time I visited was in the spring, the woodland flowers were so pretty. I took my granddaughter this time and she loved all the nature along the trail.

Definitely the best park for a hike in nature within the Grand Rapids metro area. Only 15 minutes from the city center, it has beautiful scenic trails. The variety of trails will keep you coming back as well as the gorgeous stream, the diverse forest, and the wonderful wildlife.

We love this park. Great trails and it's always so peaceful. Summer or winter we always enjoy the scenic hike.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
