A beautiful park that has something for everyone-pet friendly of coarse! A very nice clean park with fishing piers and cleaning stations. Grills and picnic tables. They have a very clean beach and splash pad! One of the biggest play areas for the kids I’ve ever seen.
An all-season gem for the Grand Rapids area. There are lots of well-marked hiking and biking trails. Clean, well-maintained restrooms and facilities. One of my favorite things to do is to bike there, rent a canoe or kayak for a while, then bike back home.
Multiple playgrounds and TONS of walking trails available for free! Pay a small fee and you can access the private beach that has beautiful facilities including bathrooms, splash pad, another playground, groomed sand beach, and concession stand!
My wife and i go here all the time to ride bikes, so cool to see it being transformed back into nature. We absolutely love this place! They have paved trails for bikes, boards or walking. They also have pavilions that are always being rented out for weddings and events.
