Odd spot for a park, not a whole lot to it. That being said it's still a nice spot in the area to sit and get some fresh air and peace and quiet. Tried fishing there and the amount of lake weed was a problem.
Awesome spot for off-trail snowshoeing and XC-skiing in the winter time, when the floodplains freeze over! You can also let your dog run off-leash here too, which is nice.
