Confirmed from Anita B. Gorman Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

An amazing trail. Everything is well kept and treated very well. The trail is very nice and easy. No big elevation changes. This trail is good for beginner runners, walkers, or bike riders. Plenty of room for everyone and people are very respectful. I wish I could spend more time here.
Wonderful trail, plenty of wildlife. Especially so when there's no people. I saw 5 bald eagles one day that there were no one else around. Deer, plenty of different of birds like kingfishers, northern flickers, bluejays, cardinals, owls, even wild turkeys. And squirrels too!
Excellent bicycle trails. Great for the whole family. Kid friendly trails. Relatively flat with hills and curves through wooded areas
Nice place to walk or ride around Smithville Lake. A good mix of sun and shade. Can get windy along the exposed parts of the trail!
