Confirmed from Little Platte Trailhead North's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Little Platte Trailhead North
Always a wonderful place to take a walk with the dogs or the family. Plenty of room to ride bikes or scooters, my only complaint here is there is a sign up when I do come here that states "hunt in progress." This sign is place in front of an off road that leads further up the path after the walking trails.....
Nice 2.5 mile loop. Restroom was clean and well stocked when we visited. Folks on the trail were friendly and it was not very crowded. Bit hilly for some folks but I wouldn't describe it as more than gently rolling hills was a little over 500ft gain in 10 miles by my gps watch.
This is a great paved trail! Pit toilet restroom at the trailhead occasional shade and the grass is mowed next to the trail. We came for a walk and had a nice picnic. Not busy at all. Beautiful! We heard lots of birds and saw a doe munching leaves!
Secluded and quiet hike or bike ride with paved paths and lots of wildflowers.
