Everyone said this place was great and it exceeded my expectations. My only complaint is that the benches stop at about mile 4. I have to rest after 40 minutes of walking. I just sat in the grass. Other than that this place is gorgeous and great for walking. I don't fish, but many people do that here.
Beautiful river scenery. A good paved trail that's easy for the family. Saw a bunch of wildlife and just had a great time overall.
This place has become my favorite walking spot! There are some awesome fishing spots along the walk. Nice benches for resting. & I think there is a small boat launch, as well. My 1st visit was a nice fall day. Can't wait to see what it is like during spring & summer months!
Nice scenic paved path. It's almost 4 miles down and back. Great for strollers, bikes, running, and provides multiple picnic areas and benches for rest breaks. You can also find a book donation box at the beginning to the trail.
