Confirmed from Armbruster Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Nice clean & quiet nature walk, really enjoy this little mature corner of town”

Armbruster Nature Preserve is a woodsy sanctuary tucked away at the north end of Autumn Lane off of Manchester, east of Marshall Road. The main loop trail will take you around the whole Sanctuary and the its abundance of trees. You can walk the whole trail in 20 minutes.

★★★★★ — Liz , Jan 2019

Secluded small trail (approximately 5 mins walk) that loops around. It's nestled in a neighborhood, and the entrance is easy to miss if you're not careful. They were out of doggy bags when I visited, so make sure you carry your own.

★★★★★ — Lu , Dec 2023

It’s a nice park for a casual walk in a small forest. Needs a few more conveniences to make it a nicer park but overall it’s ok.

★★★★☆ — Don , Jun 2023

Nice examples of .nature shag bark hickory and oak. Small stand of pawpaw. Half mile walking trail.
