Confirmed from Arney's Mount Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Arney's Mount Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (44 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 4 mentions

“5 stars as park is absolutely beautiful with well maintained trails and seating ares.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 7 mentions

“For being 243 feet above see level, there wasn’t a scenic overlook because the trails don’t go to the top which is covered in trees and a cell phone tower.”

This place is Great if you want to get away and see the country. Has a two to three mile loop trail all paved. It has a little bit of elevation gain. There are nice views different ends of the loop. It is well maintained and very clean. There is never a lot of people there. I generally see walkers or runners.

The Google location for this trail is wrong. The trailhead is located at the intersection of juliustown rd and tower Dr. The trail is nice new asphalt up a hill through the woods and as you start to come down the hill it opens to farm fields. From here the path splits and is a big loop.

I wish that they would make it a bit more obvious on google maps that this is a park! You can access the parking lot and pavilion from Juliustown Road. There's a whole host of different trails (around 5 miles of them), both paved and unpaved. I had fun exploring today

★★★★★ — Max , Aug 2022

I had a weekday afternoon adventure riding my bike and hiking at Arney’s Mount Park in Springfield Township! These trails are fairly new so I wanted to go see the highest point in Burlington County for myself. I hiked up the red trail which was less than a half mile.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🛣️ Paved surface 11 mentions

“Went just before nightfall so unsure if this was a good idea or bad idea to go solo, but given it was my first time there it's an fairly easy paved 3+ mile trail to follow.”
