Confirmed from Batiquitos Lagoon North Bluff Trail Windrose Circle Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Batiquitos Lagoon North Bluff Trail Windrose Circle Trailhead
“There's a great walking trail with views of the lagoon, and as it curves to the West, the beautiful Pacific!”
Amazing spot to watch the sunset or sunrise. If you have time before or after work you drive to this spot and walk only a few yards. There is a bench where you can sit and enjoy the views. I stop here time to time and take photos.
There is a small parking lot with six spaces. There are some nice spots along the walking trail for pictures. It is also within walking distance of the beach near Tower 23.
That section is really pretty. It’s a bit noisy close to the freeway but it’s big enough that you feel completely immersed in nature after a few minutes of walk.
Wonderful views and easy level walking with lots of benches. Super dog friendly with lots of open areas.
