Confirmed from Bay Park West Trail Head's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Park popular for mountain biking and hiking trails.

What runners say about Bay Park West Trail Head

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (103 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

Nice bike trails! Be careful walking! It's a bit more advanced for hiking as well! Good workout though!

★★★★☆ — Jessica , Jun 2020

There are several shared hiking and mount biking trails looping through the park. We were hiking there for the first time and went about a mile or so before the sun started to get low in the sky. The trails can bw barrow and occasionally challenging.

★★★★★ — Daryl , Nov 2020

Great mountain bike trails with good 'flow' to them, unlike twisty Dryer Road and Ontario County Park. Only wish there were more trails here; pretty much have to ride everything twice to get a good workout in. Great for night riding.

★★★★☆ — John , Jun 2020

Smooth and fast trails for beginner to intermediate mountain bikers, with decent gear. Bring a helmet, plenty of water, and be ready to spend at least 2 hours! Trails were built and are maintained by GROC.

★★★★★ — Peter , May 2019
