Confirmed from Beechview-Seldom Seen Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Just off the highway, this green space offers paths along a stream through woods & wildlife.
What runners say about Beechview-Seldom Seen Greenway
“Nice and quiet once you get through the tunnel you wouldn't even know there is traffic and a highway”
This is very cool little park! Lots of nice views to see! If you need a minute to take a nice little walk and get some fresh air and a calming atmosphere highly recommend!
Small but away from traffic and nice woods with a stream running through that goes into saw mill run. Nice for dogs and kids.
This is a great place to walk and explore. There used to be a German Village that was once here. The grounds have some history. You can still find old ceramic broken up cups and other dishes along the edges of the water.
Awesome hidden green gem in the middle of the city. If you're going with kiddos, beware that this is not exactly a safe hike if you're worried about railings and whatnot but as long as you're aware and keep kids aware then we all loved discovering the abandoned bridges and tunnels and railroad tracks.
