Confirmed from Boothe Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Quirky complex of 1800s-era buildings & gardens, including an Americana museum & planetarium.
What runners say about Boothe Memorial Park
“Well maintained property with pieces of history worth exploring.”
“It has a great playground for the kids, a BBQ area perfect for gatherings, open fields for outdoor activities, and a beautiful flower garden that adds a lovely touch to the space.”
Sister had her engagement by the waterfall n rose path. The whole thing was beautiful, then we went to fly kites and sit under the tree for a picnic. The park was clean with plenty of parking. There’s also an arch that’s covered in vines and flowers, almost like standing at an alter. Great for pictures.
We stopped by on the way back home with a baby. There was a pretty rose garden, a playground where dogs could run around, and a kid's play area. It was very close to a highway exit to have some fresh air.
Beautiful park to enjoy for a walk or a picnic. Check out the historic buildings and the river in the background. You can hear the trains occasionally in the background as they cross the bridge. Very relaxing place to hang out.
Beautiful park to walk around and see some history. Dogs are welcomed too. They have a beautiful rose garden. Also sunken garden is cool too.
