Confirmed from Brooks-McCall Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Brooks-McCall Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (90 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 11 mentions

“The park is always clean and my grandbaby always enjoy swinging, playing and meeting other kids.”

This park rocks! 🥳 Its Ninja Warrior style course is stinking brilliant! This is a great place to train for your next Spartan, Tough Mudder, or other obstacle course races.

★★★★★ — Christopher , Aug 2024

It’s a nice fun place if you want to exercise or take a brisk walk. Great for small kids and adults who just enjoy peace.

★★★★★ — Myron , Oct 2025

I love this place, relaxing and clean area to walk and excellent playground 👌

★★★★★ — Laura , Jan 2023

A nice little park just a short distance off I 95. It has a playground for the kids, a picnic shelter and restrooms. It also has a short walking path if you need a stretch walk.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
