Confirmed from Buncombe Hill Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Personally I really like this Trail and when I go there's usually never anyone around! It's quiet and peaceful and a fairly easy Trail to follow and well marked! I did find one tick on me but that's typical when you're in the Florida Woods!
Late December Hike. Easy walk, well maintained. We did not do the full loop, but it’s well marked. Haven’t seen any ticks on us, but I know the area has them in warmer months. Am looking forward to doing the full hike in the future. Lots of things to see on the walk, I took many photos!
This was a very nice hike with the trail very well maintained. It is a loop so it makes it alot easier for beginners. There is a lake and picnic tables to eat at if you wanna have a snack sit and enjoy the outdoors after your hike.
