Confirmed from C.P. Adams Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about C.P. Adams Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (118 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 5 mentions

“Quality, well-maintained, 18 hole disc golf course.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 3 mentions

“This park is large, beautiful, and full of history.”

This park is large, beautiful, and full of history. There is a spacious frisbee golf course across the grounds. There are also walking trails. The area is hilly in some parts which contributes to an excellent workout. We enjoyed seeing spring flowers, garter snakes, many trees, mushrooms, and birds.

This course is great once you notice the signs hanging on (most) baskets pointing to the next tee. Follow locals or have one with you for your first round... It is a longer course than most- you will not be able to reach ~8 holes on your drive.. yay! It is set up for an 18 hole round.

Huge 18 hole disc golf course, very challenging and demanding shots. Wooded and open holes. Had fun running an event here.

★★★★☆ — Kao , Jul 2023

I enjoyed this park because of the fall colors and all of the mushroom finds. This is good for a short walk. Or if you enjoy disc golf, this looks like a nice course. If I lived in the area I might have a picnic here.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🅿️ Trailhead parking 6 mentions

“The layout can be a bit tricky for a first timer but as long as you know that the first hole is in the woods to the right of the parking lot, it's manageable.”
