My family and I go hiking here all the time. It's beautiful, fun and safe. They have playgrounds, picnic areas, beautiful trails, a river and even a splash pad plus lots more. It's my favorite place in all of Waco and it's free. The bathrooms are always pretty clean as well.
This park is really nice and big and peaceful. We really enjoyed walking down by the river. There is also a very nice blue bonnet field. The bloom is to the fullest right now. It’s definitely worth checking out. We saw people were doing barbecue. There were a couple of pavilion.
Beautiful and serene park with gorgeous views. The park is huge with many points to cover and multiple hiking trails. My personal favorite location is the mouth of bosque which is extremely relaxing and peaceful. The twin bridges trail from there is a must do as its enchanting and refreshing.
The park was just awesome, the trails and scenery was beautiful! The people! So sweet so welcoming. The river view also beautiful. Highly recommend!
