Confirmed from Canoa Hills Trails Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🪧 well-marked 3 mentions

“Overall it's a well marked and accessible place to go that's different than your typical surface street/neighborhood run.”

These trails were absolutely fantastic! They were exactly what we wanted in order to maintain our daily walks while still on vacation. We really enjoyed these walks! All of the trails are paved and wide enough for three people to walk and talk.

Park at the Canoa Hills Clubhouse. Trail is the old golf cart concrete path that is behind the clubhouse. The park is a work in process, but the trail is well marked and maintained.

There aren’t many people, which makes it nice and quiet. The trail is great for a walk or run with your dog

★★★★★ — B , Nov 2023

Great 5 mile fitness loop. As mentioned the trails are old concrete golf cart paths. So if you despise running on the grey stuff, skip this run. There is great variation in elevation with some fairly long, steep hills if you're looking to do a hill workout. Steepest is the northwest corner of the park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
