Don't let "short trail" dissuade you from checking out this beautiful walking area. It connects to other trails that lead into the desert. Birds such as cardinals, woodpeckers, hummingbirds and raptors can be seen most times of the day. There are plenty of seating areas along the way if you need to take a break.
Great little trail to walk in the evening. Ran into someone who was driving on it as an easement though.:(
