Confirmed from Desert Meadows Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

The best hidden gem! The gardeners have real pride and it shows! Nice shaded walking paths, lots of seating and relaxing areas. Water fountain for people and dogs. They actually sell plants and soil. Phenomenal place, maybe my current favorite place on earth to unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature and these gardens.

This a unique, colorful park with walking trails, ample seating, beautifully landscaped with cacti and succulents. Volunteers oversee a plant cutting collection, with some for sale to the public. It's located just blocks from I-19 in a quiet neighborhood.

We came here with our dog to enjoy a nice walk, and were absolutely enamored with the beautiful setting they've constructed. We learned about new, beautiful plants native to our area, and saw wonderful art peeking out between the leaves. There's even a community garden in the center of the park.

Beautiful little garden to walk around. Fun to see the community garden and a great place for pictures

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
