Confirmed from Centennial Trail Barker Rd Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a public restroom and trail access, plus areas for swimming.
What runners say about Centennial Trail Barker Rd Trailhead
“I am forever in love with the trails many features and adventures especially Liberty Lake areas of the beautiful trails.”
Great spot to walk. We took our dog for a 3 mile walk and had a good time. Nice trail with great views of the water.
Pulled in after dark, grabbed some sleep, and woke up ready to hike—super convenient with a restroom right between the lot and trailhead. Tons of space, gorgeous views, and it’s friendly for both kids and four‑legged adventurers. Only catch? The nearby road can be a bit noisy at night and early morning.
Beautiful area for a walk. Cyclists are usually kind but you'll find a random "Tour de France" nut who can't signal that he wants to pass on the left. I usually walk right to keep out of the way. But there's nothing better than getting breezed by a MAMIL who 1. can't use their brakes 2. doesn't bother to be polite.
Very relaxing place to just sit and take in the view of the river. Not many cities have a river running through them like spokane does. So i hope anyone reading this just takes a few moments to just admire the scenery and drown out the craziness of 2020.
