Confirmed from Chicopee Woods Mountain Bike Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Mountain-biking park featuring 7 marked trails for beginner, intermediate & advanced riders.
What runners say about Chicopee Woods Mountain Bike Trails
“Definitely be prepared to work for the mileage but overall it’s just a nice well maintained trail.”
“I love riding out there not only is a beautiful but the trails are just rugged enough to make it fun and interesting.”
What a great trail. Nothing crazy but good flow and beautiful surroundings. Definitely be prepared to work for the mileage but overall it’s just a nice well maintained trail. Lots of deer and animals. Navigation was easy enough.
Nice trails that are well manicured with some good speed. This was my first time and I took Turtle to Flying squirrel and back for about 10 miles. Id like a little more jump sections but it was a good time.
We had a fantastic time riding on the tortise trail 2.5mi (easiest, took us under 30min) flowy terrain and gorgeous at this time of year. We also did the coyote loop another 2.5 mi (most advanced, 30min). It was more technical and the switchbacks were not my favorite.
I just moved to Georgia and this place is one of the nicest single track trails I’ve been. You will not find hikers on foot because the trails are only for bikes. However, you have to pay attention to the trail direction (clockwise or counterclockwise depending on day of the week).
