Confirmed from Chris Larsen City Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Scenic park with playground structures and a splash pad, plus picnicking areas.
What runners say about Chris Larsen City Park
“What a well-kept, inviting city park.”
“The park looks beautiful the dog park is well taken care of and huge we even liked the water fountains for the dogs”
“It felt very peaceful, safe, and family-friendly on one end with the children playing.”
What a well-kept, inviting city park. I am glad that the hotel I stayed in happened to be nearby so that I could stumble upon this gem. I even felt safe walking from the downtown back to my hotel using its sidewalk trails.
What they’re building has so much potential, I particularly like the layout with all the trees and lighting-this could be amazing for Christmas? One negative is the road going through it. Couldn’t we just have something that’s for people walking, running, biking, pet friendly?
Such a nice park! They have a nicely paved walkway. I love the kids playground, nothing like I've ever seen, it was even fun for me to explore. I wish there were more playgrounds like this one.
Beautiful Park. I should've taken more pictures but I didn't think about Google. Very clean. New. I don't care for everyone spread out but it's not bad at all and that gives you a reason to get out and walk. (Being spread out isn't an issue, it's like buying a few paints for a mansion...

“Has a little bit of everything, playground 4 kids, couple dog parks, and a path that runs the length of the park so plenty of jogging/walking area.”
“Finding the access point to the parking lot was a little difficult and the bathrooms were locked which disappointingly cut our visit short.”
