“Beautiful place, and the dog park is big and has two separate enclosed spaces”
Really nice place. Loved the Vietnam Memorial wall memorial. I found my cousin's name on it. Walked out to the first Freedom Rock in NE. I love checking them out whenever we know where they are. We've been to a lot in Iowa. I'm giving it 4 stars because there's no path to the rock so you have to walk through the grass.
There's a very nice walking / biking path in the park that goes along the river. The bike repair station is a great idea. Along the walk was a shelter area with picnic tables, a water park, and a view of the golf course on the other side of the river. A very relaxing experience!
