Great place for walking, running, and bringing your dog. There are 3 large ponds to walk around. Parts are paved and the rest are packed dirt. Lots of beautiful birds and geese. Fishing available. St. Vrain Creek and waterfall passes thru and can be beautiful during high water times (see pics). Bathroom available.
This is a beautiful park. Lots of people were fishing when I visited at the end of September. A wonderful place to take a walk. Extremely picturesque. Especially at sunset. A nice little waterfall. Beautiful trees reflecting on the water. Just very peaceful and romantic. Definitely worth a visit.
Had work in the area, so I went for a quick walk afterward. Nice area, but I didn't see all there was to see. You can walk along a nice path or walk in the "woods" next to the stream. A fair amount of wildlife in the area as well.
Such a pretty place to walk with lots of fishing options and various gravel and paved trails with access to the city trail system. Lots of dog walkers and just really nice place to spend time.
