Confirmed from Claremont Hills Wilderness Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This winding trail for hiking & mountain biking provides moderate elevation & dramatic views.

A good hike in a long while. Makes you think you gotta get out more often. But in reality I probably do this couple of times a year at most. I got to the trail entrance parking lot at about 8:15 am to find out it was full, but I only waited couple of minutes before park rangers guided me to a spot.
Fun and challenging hike. 5 miles and half of it is incline. Beautiful sights and lots of people. So I’d recommend checking this place out. The hike was a really good workout. There were lot of trees and greenery. Views from the top were amazing and there was a lot of people on the trail so I felt pretty safe.
The entire trail is five miles long with some steep inclines. Very enjoyable and you dont have to walk the entire trail. There are port-o-potties at two spots along the trail along with benches scattered throughout. Parking is $5 during the week but $7 on the weekends.
One of my favorite hiking trails. The fact that it switches between going up and then hiking down makes it a good workout. Lots of bikers come here, so if that irritates you then I’d stay away lol Bring water and sunscreen.
