Confirmed from Cook Family Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly park touting basketball hoops, a skate park, a playground, a bike/scooter track and shaded picnic tables.
What runners say about Cook Family Park
“There’s tons of shade (which is a lifesaver on hot days), and the whole place is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed.”
“There’s tons of shade (which is a lifesaver on hot days), and the whole place is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed.”
“It has everything you could want for kids of all ages — a super fun splash pad, zip lines, and multiple playgrounds that are perfectly suited for different age groups.”
Great park, a better fit for kids who can independently climb and do activities, although there are areas that work for younger kids. The bike track was very cute, but crowded. They have an employee who monitors the park.
Biggest adjoined and continuous playground structure. This park has so many offerings for ALL ages. Basketball of varying height hoops, futsal, skate park, bike or scooter pump track, lots of pavilions with power and plugs available, splash pad coming soon, all ability swings, zip lines, and bike repair station.
