Confirmed from Cooper Creek Fitness Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Shady, kid-friendly green space featuring a playground and a fitness trail, plus tennis courts.
What runners say about Cooper Creek Fitness Trail
“They are clean and up to par, great walking this time of year, half the trail is in the sun the other half in the shade, and like always a beautiful view.”

“It is still a very good place to go for a quiet walk but they need to fix the broken benches or remove them.”
“Lake access for fishing and family friendly”
Come here to do the 2 mile fitness trail. It’s always safe. Beautiful scenery and I love all the geese , but I’m an animal person. I walk on my own and always feel safe and comfortable.
Great city park. Tennis, playground, Picnic Pavilions of different sizes to accommodate 2 to 50. Walking trail needs some work because of our winter rainstorms. Lots of people enjoying it with children, others with dogs on leash. All ages. Great for kids with parents on road or grass to learn to ride their bikes.
Peaceful, scenery is beautiful. Love walking here,I feel safe here. As a petite lady I'm comfortable walking alone.
Lots of shade on this trail, which is great. Lots of geese as well (which I enjoy but to each their own). Not as much foot traffic as anticipated. Overall a hidden gem imo
