Confirmed from Flat Rock Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wooded area on a fishing lake with hiking & biking trails, picnic spots with grills & a playground.

Flat Rock Park is a very scenic park with a small waterfall at the front of the park and many more amenities towards the back of the park. The location is very unique because it’s in the middle of a neighborhood and not in a heavily wooded landscape or similar but the park was great! Very clean and lots of nice spots!
Beautiful trails through the park; very serene atmosphere. Dog friendly with plenty of picnic spots around the lake. Beautiful views... and free:) Our dog loves spending the day exploring the woods. I would say it is a hidden gem 10 min away that I just found out about and am now hooked.
