Confirmed from Countrywood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Laid-back neighbourhood park featuring a playground and a green open field, plus a BBQ grill.

“Park is pretty peaceful at night, and my friend decided to do some stupid and funny things at the same time😂”
Very quiet nice large grass area for kids to run and play beautiful area to sit and eat small playground for children, only bad part the restrooms are not clean they need to be upgraded but over all you'll like this park
I grew up going to this park and although it's changed so much I still love it. It has a large field to play sports on or to walk your dog. The playground is clean and the place is pretty well maintained.
It has a playground but also a nice, big, flat grassy area for sports, picnic or running

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
