Confirmed from Cove Wash Trailhead/ Barrel Roll's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular spot for mountain biking, with winding hills and trails for varied skill levels.
What runners say about Cove Wash Trailhead/ Barrel Roll
“Stunning views of the Kayenta Mountains, Pine Valley Mountain, Red Mountain, Snow Canyon, and even Zion in the distance.”
Trails are fun for mountain biking. Some sections of rock you can't get up and over (unless maybe you are really good) but that's ok. Beautiful views and fun trails.
Suicidal Tendencies can be done on a hard tail, I did walk through two major obstacles next to the cliff edge. Fun ride but very challenging, took me 3.5 hrs.
Love these trails. Amazing views. Short, punchy climbs, and a mix of chunk and flow on the downhill. There is no restroom, so plan ahead.
One of my favorite trailheads! There are two options for parking, one for people who do not have 4 wheel drive at the base of the hill and the second is it up the gravel road (keep right).

“Some technical, so would recommend to more experienced mountain bikers.”
