Confirmed from Creation Falls' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Creation Falls

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (699 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 14 mentions

“Great view of a mini waterfall at the end of a stream towards the end of the rock bridge trail.”

👟 good for all levels 3 mentions

“Beautiful area and an easy hike for families, dogs, kids, really just about anyone.”

Beautiful great hike! Little over a mile with the falls in between. Lots of families in and out while we were there, but didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of different places to play in the sand or swim. Mostly shallow water. Hike is easy but some rocks can get slippery so still be careful. Very much worth it!

Fun hike, beautiful fall that would be a load of fun in the summer time. Arch takes a good bit of climbing to get ok top of. Not a quick hike but totally worth time spent.

★★★★★ — Eric , Jan 2026

Great view of a mini waterfall at the end of a stream towards the end of the rock bridge trail. It is very nice and had views from the top and bottom of the falls. The bottom has a great view of the caved out portions of the rocks created from the streams below.

★★★★★ — Jack , Jul 2026

The only rock bridge over water at the gorge is worth the journey alone. Very nice hike for families with younger kids. You can hang out by the creek at the bottom, and the hike back up is steep, but not crazy, and you'll be back at the parking area right as the kids start REALLY whining.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
