Pretty trail along the beach. Has a waterfall and there is a small cave area you can go into if the water isn't that high along the shore.
Parked in lot to to head down to the beach. Easy parkyat 1145am on a Sunday. 20$ to park. It's a California state park. Easy walk of about 10 minutes to beach. Have your stuff set up to carry. A wagon will work most of the way but there are stairs at the end. No restrooms on the beach.
One of the best beaches in SoCal! It's quiet and clean. The sunsets here are beautiful. There are also trails that you can go. We used to do runs from one end to the other on the sand. The beach is situated in an affluent community. You'll be able to see unique mansions and exotic cars.
This is a nice trail system that is relatively easy to access and to walk and you will always see something different. This time (April) we saw a 3 foot rattlesnake 🐍 while hiking 🚶♂️, it was just off the wooden walkway trail. There is beach access also, and several benches on the way down to it.
