Confirmed from Dave Brubeck Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Playground-equipped park featuring climbing structures, swings, slides and rolling grassy hills for kites.
What runners say about Dave Brubeck Park
“What a cute and clean park.”
“Good amount of shade, safe, not crowded (like Heather Farm) and cleaner than half the other parks in Concord.”

Loved it. It was quiet to begin with when we got there but started to pick up as the day went on. There is playground equipment enough grassy space to run around, a stage with hookup outlets locked in a box. Picnic tables and barbeque equipment as well as a water fountain. I enjoyed it thoroughly. So did my kids.
Good amount of shade, safe, not crowded (like Heather Farm) and cleaner than half the other parks in Concord. The only down side is the lack of dedicated parking. I am more concerned for the surrounding neighborhood than anything else. We love the park for our little ones, which matters more than anything else.
Fun park lots of shady areas to sit. Large grassy area for pets to run around. Only downfall is finding out where to park to get there. I suggest trying to access from neighborhood behind it. 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤣
I love Brubeck Park!! So iconic!! Not too crowded alot of lawn space, Beatiful trees and alot of shade. BBQ pits with benchs. Let's not forget a play structure for the kids. Nice simple park🙏
