We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of DeCastro Trailhead yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Def a nice trail that takes you along side water or u can take an alternate route across the field to the watersedge. Paved so biking or running no problem. Plenty of benches along the way to sit & soak up the sun. Limited parking & be sure to catch bathroom before hitting trail
Beautiful. Secret walking/hiking gem in Rockdale County. Can't wait to explore all the side trails.
Great walking trail with direct access to the south river. Get to know the native plant species, song birds, and small wildlife throughout. Parking is easy with a medium-sized gravel. Little to know crowd until about after 5 pm.
Very well kept PATH, peaceful and serene with the South River running along the pathway. Explore!!
